Should I add each page I have generated?

No, only top level directory is enough.
Ex: if you site is http://www.MoneyOnNet.com/
You only need to add http://www.MoneyOnNet.com/
Neither you need to add http://subdomain.MoneyOnNet.com/
Not http://www.MoneyOnNet.com/cash.htm
